Fabric and/or pattern orders ship out within two business days of receiving payment. Please allow up to two weeks for custom sewing orders, and 4-6 weeks for happy scrappy quilt orders to be processed. (However, if you order your quilt at a very busy time - especially close to Christmas - it can take up to 8 weeks.)
If you get an outrageous shipping option, please contact us. We will correct it. Our third party shipping module is malfunctioning on the USPS end of things. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
We love shipping internationally! And we're always willing to work with our international customers via phone or email to ensure fair shipping charges.

Up to 7 yards - USPS flat rate envelope for $16.95
Up to 18 yards - USPS medium flat rate box for $47.95
Up to 38 yards - USPS large flat rate box for $61
If our shipping calculator overcharges you, we will promptly send you a refund within 48 hours.
returns
We cannot accept returns at this time, unless the item is defective in some way. If you are unhappy with your custom-sewn item from marie-madeline studio, please contact us so we can do our best to make it right!

We gladly accept Paypal, personal checks, and money orders. You may place your order online, or over the phone (417-775-2181). We will not ship out orders till payment is received (or check has cleared).
