1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon frozen orange juice concentrate
In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Gradually mix in the pumpkin. Stir in the cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and orange juice until smooth and well blended. Chill until serving. Serve with Wheat Thins (preferably with almonds)!
When we were visiting a good friend one day, she pulled out this yummy pumpkin dip for us to try. It is positively delicious! Perfect for a lovely winter party.
xxx, the Long ladies
We had THE best time at The Rabbit's Lair last Saturday. We met so many sweet ladies – and the staff is amazing! Mary Elizabeth has filled her shop with everything happy… we were thankful to be a little part of it all. And here we are to share it with all of you!
Nan and Paps came to visit for a few days last week, and we were so excited for Nan to be able to make it to the show! Abigail and Apphia posing beside the Amy Butler fabrics…. (Just because they matched.)
The marie-madeline displays!!
We visited with customers (and with each other, of course)…
All of this gorgeous yarn made us really-really-really wish we could knit. Sweaters of some sort. You know?
And all this wool! They have silk, too, which is enough to make our mouths water.
Naturally, we weren't about to make it out of The Rabbit's Lair without a little something for our stashes.
Tired feet on happy girls. It was a good day.
Lots of love!

Please do come see us on December 11th. At least all of you in the Rogers, Arkansas area. Because we're taking our trunk show to The Rabbit's Lair! We're so excited. AND, we'll be giving you a sneak peek of our newest pattern. We haven't breathed a word about this one… we can't wait to hear what you think about it!
when: Saturday, December 11, 2010
where: The Rabbit's Lair, 116 W. Walnut, Rogers, Arkansas
time: 10:30 am – 3:00 pm (or whenever we can manage to stop visiting and say goodbye)
We hope to see you there!
XOXO, the Long ladies
Ps. We think Abiah is a fabulous photographer, but we have one complaint. She always insists on being behind the camera. Consequently, we had to do a three-sisters shot. But you can see pictures of Abiah over here.
Pps. One more thing! Our friends at The Rabbit's Lair are also hosting an Amy Barickman trunk show on Thursday, December 9th! Amy's new book, Vintage Notions, is so pretty.
